Art. 1 General
All personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, phone number, bank information, credit card number) is processed according to the regulations of the German Privacy Act. The provisions set out below inform you about the type, amount and purpose of the inquiry, process and usage of your personal data. This data protection declaration applies only to our websites. If you follow the links on our pages to other websites, please familiarize yourself with the data protection policies in force on those sites.
Art. 2 Inventory Data
1. Your personal data, inasmuch as it is needed to provide the motive for, content of or changes to the agreed contract (inventory data) will be used exclusively to fulfil the sales contract concluded between us. For the purpose of delivering the goods ordered, for example, your name and address will be placed at the disposal of the vendor.
1. Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties uninvolved in the fulfilment of the contract. Once the contract has been fulfilled, your data will be blocked for further usage. Once the commercial law regulations have expired, this data will be deleted, provided you have not agreed explicitly to its further use.

We use facebook.com social plugins operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Cancellation policy
Right of cancellation
You may revoke your contractual agreement without citation of reasons within 14 days in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the delivery has been made to you before the expiry of the cancellation period – by returning the delivery. The cancellation period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the recipient’s receipt of the merchandise (where similar goods are delivered on a recurring basis, then not before receipt of the first partial delivery), or before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code ("EGBGB") as well as our obligations under § 312e (1) sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the merchandise shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the cancellation period. The revocation is to be addressed to:
Christoph Maisenbacher
Artist Agent GmbH
Engelstrasse 12
54292 Trier - Germany
E-Mail: maisenbacher-art@t-online.de
Fax: +49 (0)651 210 13
Consequences of cancellation
In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued (e.g. interest) shall be released. Should you be partially or wholly unable to return the merchandise or benefits (e.g. benefits of use) received from us – or can return it only in a deteriorated condition – you shall provide compensation accordingly. For the deterioration of the merchandise and for received benefits, you must provide compensation only if the benefits or the deterioration are attributable to the handling of the merchandise over and above the inspection of its properties and function. “Inspection of the properties and function” is defined as the testing and trying out of the respective merchandise in the manner possible and customary in a shop. Objects suitable for parcel-post shipment are to be returned at our costs and risk. Goods not suitable for parcel-post shipment shall be collected from you. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you with the posting of your revocation or dispatch of the merchandise, for us with the receipt of the same.
